Booking conditions
We are delighted that you have chosen our comfort-camping for your vacation. The reservation made provides security for both us and you, the following conditions apply:
- Check-In from 2 p.m. - Check-Out until 10a.m.
- The booking itself is free, only a deposit is asked for. The amount received is fully credited for accounting.
- The payment should be made within 14 days after confirmation of the desired dates booked with us.
- In case of early departure, the apartment will be charged to your booked departure.
- Cancellation of the reservation
- A cancellation is up to 1 month prior to arrival is possible without cancellation fee. The deposit is then returned accordingly (please specify the IBAN and BIC)!
- A cancellation at short notice (less than 1 month), will result in the payment being forfeited.
The booking conditions apply according to the price list and the Austrian hotel contract conditions.
